Contact care is hard to believe without trying it , I’ve been having it for 4 years now .
Stephs great and has sorted some horrible pains from my martial arts training.

Imagine a tightly wound spring coil within the body, constricting its essence and life force. and living with this for years. Then, someone comes along and releases that coil, causing the spring to unravel. Suddenly, the body is disoriented, and you can feel the weight of that release. Following that moment, your entire body feels completely drained, yet certain parts feel lighter, almost as if the body is relieved from the stress and the life force has been regenerated. That’s what flinch release therapy feels like to me. The pain in my right knee - gone! The pain in my right shoulder - gone! I would highly recommend ConTact CARE from a skeptic to a believer and a follower.

Je viens de découvrir la méthode Contact Care grâce à Stéphanie qui après un entretien a su pratiquer "un soin" qui m'a apporté un soulagement dont j'ignorait l'origine. L'ambiance dans sa clinique est très sereine avec une musique qui permet la détente en plus des gestes très précis et très doux de Stéphanie. Elle a réussi à identifier un blocage costal qui m'empêchait de respirer à fond depuis longtemps. Après plusieurs recherches, elle a su aussi détendre certaines articulations qui depuis me paraissent plus souples et moins douloureuses. Un grand merci à cette praticienne que je recommande grandement pour son approche holistique. Françoise 66 ans

I had the pleasure of having sessions with Stephanie on a couple of occasions, she not only worked on the éléments i had come in for but also found other injuries that i had long forgotten about. She has a beautiful gentle nature and has your comfort at the heart of her sessions. I have also seen her home clinic which is a beautiful space and very welcoming. Highly recommend you see her if you have any physical discomforts that you need help with.

I came to Stephanie as I had some strong discomfort in my right hip. I am able to feel deeply in my body so my body could sense any energy during and after the treatment.
During the treatment I could feel the energy circulating, and straight after the treatment some relief. The following day 95% of the discomfort was gone.
This is truly an amazing and an outstanding result as I thought my right hip was painful for other reasons.
Contact care makes so much sense!!
Stephanie is a passionate practitioner with a beautiful soft energy and a great listener.
Highly recommended. The practice is out west and worthwhile the drive if you need to!
